There are many, many religions [宗教] and each is different [相異] but, also the same. It sounds impossible [不可能] for them all to have something in common [共通點], but they do have something in common — and it’s called the Golden Rule [黃金法則].

The Golden Rule is part of many of the world’s religions. But, it’s not only religious. The Golden Rule is also part of many cultures [文明] all over the world. It must be a truly wonderful rule because it is, really popular.

The Golden Rule is really simple. It’s almost as simple as some other world famous rules, like “brushing your teeth after eating” and “washing your hands after using the toilet.” Are you ready — here’s the Golden Rule:
