He kicked off his career in car sales and eventually moved his way into real estate until one day he cofounded his own real estate organization, REC Canada and over the course of the past 15 years he has grown that team to over 25 realtors, 10 support staff and now they advise over 700 buyers, sellers, and investors.

Jaz is a veteran when it comes to the field of sales, real estate, and entrepreneurship and we chatted about how he walks around with tons of energy, how to build generational wealth, and some golden rules for success.
