Season 5 | Becoming Her
Episode: IDK What I Want Yet — And It's Okay
What if we gave ourselves permission to explore who we are without needing to have all the answers?
In this episode of The Golden Truth: Unfiltered, I'm opening up about being in a season of discovery and curiosity. I'm learning more about myself, questioning what I've always assumed I wanted, and allowing myself the freedom to explore without rushing to put a label on everything.
During my conversation with someone I look up to, we touched on topics that challenged me to think differently about relationships, connection, and what it means to choose a path that feels authentic to me. That conversation opened the door for me to share something personal: my interest in exploring different relationship types.
And no, I don't have it all figured out. That's the point.
This isn't about having all the answers or making a declaration about what my future relationships will look like.
It's about being honest about where I am right now, giving myself room to ask questions, and allowing curiosity to exist without judgment.
What happens when we stop trying to fit ourselves into expectations that may not even belong to us? What if we let ourselves explore, learn, change our minds, and discover what actually feels right?
As I continue becoming the woman I'm meant to be, I'm learning that uncertainty doesn't have to mean confusion, and not knowing doesn't mean I'm lost.
Sometimes, it simply means I'm still discovering.
So here's to asking the questions, having the uncomfortable conversations, embracing the unknown, and giving ourselves permission to figure it out along the way.
Because I don't know what I want yet — and that's okay.

Truths that hit, conversations that heal.
Reflection question: Have you given yourself permission to explore what you want, even when it looks different from what you've always known?
What happens when the person everyone counts on finally realizes she has nothing left to give?
Sometimes, being the strong friend becomes a role we play so well that we forget we're allowed to fall apart, too. We show up, hold space, offer support, and keep pushing through — even when we're running on empty. Somewhere along the way, we learn how to carry everybody else while quietly neglecting ourselves.
In the first episode of Season 5, Becoming Her, I'm getting honest about what happens when carrying it all becomes too much. This is a conversation about the weight of being the strong one, the things we hold in silence, and the moment we realize that something has to change.
Because sometimes, healing begins when we finally admit that we're tired. When we stop confusing strength with self-sacrifice. When we give ourselves permission to put something down without feeling guilty about it.
This season is about becoming — not by doing more, proving more, or being everything to everybody, but by making room for the woman we're still learning to be.
Maybe becoming her starts with admitting that you couldn't carry it all anymore. That’s the space that I am occupying right now.
And maybe that's okay.
Let's get into the truth.

Season 4 is officially wrapped.
In this episode, I'm taking a moment to reflect on the journey we've shared this season—the lessons learned, the conversations that challenged us, the growth that happened in real time, and the moments that reminded me why I started this podcast in the first place.
I'm also reflecting on the month of July, what this season taught me as a creator and as a woman navigating her own becoming, and why I've decided to take some time to reset, regroup, and return with even more intention.
Most importantly, this episode is a thank you. Thank you for listening, supporting, sharing, and growing alongside me. Whether you've been here since day one or just recently joined The Golden Truth tribe, I appreciate you more than you know.
As I prepare for the next chapter, I have one question for you:
