In this passage, Paul continues talking about his desire for God's chosen people to be saved. However, those that won't believe with heart and soul in who God sent and confess that he is Lord,will not experience salvation.In Deuteronomy it speaks of God’s ‘word’, the fresh act of God’s saving grace, coming to be ‘in your mouth and in your heart’.Confessing our daily dependence on Jesus and our belief in his finished work is our good confession.
