Shawna Barito (Bio)

I am a professionally qualified Confidence and Leadership Coach based in the North Carolina area. My love of coaching comes from 18+ years of experience of mentoring professional women in major corporate IT settings in both leadership skills and personal confidence development.

Over the years of mentoring, I have found it a real pleasure and a privilege to witness the soul-level transformation that women go through from confidence coaching and the evolution they achieve in their lives as a result.

Having taken a career break to overcome a particularly aggressive cancer, I found that both my confidence and sense of identity had taken a knock. I felt in need of support rather than counseling to help me through this phase but didn’t know where to look.

I successfully used my own coaching skills to transform myself and realized that this was a fantastic opportunity to help other women going through a similar crisis of confidence or direction in their lives. As a result The Shatterproof Society was born.

The Shatterproof Society exists to provide life-altering confidence training to professionally minded and business-focused women; to inspire, to empower, and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives.
