Often, on this program, I talk about sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. And you know, there’s no better time to remember what the Good News really means, than at Christmas. You’ve heard me talk a lot about the “Good News,” but do you fully understand it yourself? I want to share with you what I mean when I say the “Good News” so that you can confidently share it with others this Christmas.

God loves us and has created us to be in relationship with Him. But we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Because we broke our relationship with God, He sent His son, Jesus Christ to earth, on that very first Christmas so many years ago. Jesus lived a perfect life, and died on a cross in our place. On the third day He rose again and He invites each of us into relationship with Him now and forever. Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will have life even though he dies.” Salvation is a gift. So in this season of gift-giving, it’s the perfect time to give the most important gift to those you love- the gift of the Good News of Jesus.

Share the true meaning of Christmas this year. The Good News is what Christmas is all about, after all.
