What should be a fun Wild West parody somehow ends up feeling like one of the most pointless, unfunny, and surprisingly boring episodes we’ve seen on this rewatch. From Starmon’s cowboy town to Deputymon, the walking revolver sheriff who absolutely steals the spotlight, we break down what went wrong, what little worked, and whether this episode deserves its reputation as a forgotten filler adventure. Along the way, we talk about bizarre comedy choices, missing character development, Western movie inspirations, and why an episode featuring poker games, milk-drinking cowboys, and gun-shaped Digimon still struggles to leave much of an impact. Sometimes even Digimon can’t hit the target, and this one might have missed the saloon entirely.
