Mirror II is the third full length record from The Goon Sax, an indie pop/rock trio from Brisbane who formed as friends in high school. They initially grew to acclaim through their debut and sophomore records, 'Up To Anything' and 'We're Not Talking', while Mirror II only continues that trajectory. The record is a fascinating and hugely enjoyable example in their progression as a band. Their continued growth serves both as a bit of a reflection on the times, as well as an exciting jump into a comparatively new sound.
