They also mention the generosity of fans in sharing swag and memorabilia. 
Jen shares her experience trying to give a gift to Buddy Strong, the keyboardist of the Dave Matthews Band. She recounts her attempts to contact the band's publicist and management, and her eventual success in getting the gift to Buddy. 
The hosts share a video when Buddy received and his thoughts of the memorabilia.
