A self -audit:
1. The Utility Test (Utility vs. Sovereignty)
- The Question: Do the people in my life (bosses, partners, family) primarily praise me for who I am or for what I provide?
- The Audit: If your "value" in a relationship or job is tied to your resilience, your "Strong Woman" capability, or your emotional labor, you are being treated as a Utility.
- The Research Hook: Sovereignty is being valuable even when you are useless to the system. If the thought of being "useless" terrifies you, the virus has infected your worth.
2. The Liquidated Asset Check (The Body as a Firewall)
- The Question: Is my physical exhaustion the only thing that "allows" me to stop working?
- The Audit: Do you wait for a migraine, a Hashimoto’s flare, or a complete mental breakdown before you give yourself permission to rest?
- The Research Hook: This is Liquidated Capital. The system will spend your health until you are bankrupt. If rest is a "recovery" period rather than a "sovereign right," you are still treating your body like a machine in a shop.
3. The Inner Landlord Ledger (The Debt of Space)
- The Question: Do I feel a sense of "unearned guilt" when I sit in a clean room or enjoy a sunny afternoon without a "productive" reason?
- The Audit: When you are "Being" instead of "Doing," do you hear a voice telling you that you haven't "earned" this moment yet?
