What is the Gospel? On this episode of SpearCast, the four usual suspects explore that simple but all encompassing question. We will address how the Gospel in generally presented today, and why it amounts to Cheap Grace. We will dive in to what message the Acts Church were going around telling people, and why it was radical enough to get them killed.
The term "Cheap Grace" was first brought to our attention by a book called "The Cost of Discipleship" by Dietrich Bonhoeffer.
Our table today consists of: Bethany Jensen, an author in Virginia. Kathy Ylostalo, a private tutor and business owner in Texas. Jared McCurrin, craftsman, business owner, and podcaster. Damion Jensen, Business solutions consultant and jack of all trades.
