In this episode, we examine the Gospel Story and the Exile event. Now, the exile was a source of pain, loss, and heartache for the people of Israel. But it's also a story that ends with a sense of hope. God had not abandoned his people but was continuing his plan of making the world right. We see this with the arrival of Jesus--that through Jesus' death and resurrection, God has enacted this plan. And because of this, we can trust God with our lives, even when we find ourselves in seasons of exile.
