At the New Life Conference, Thabiti Anyabwile preached on Genesis 3. He specifically looked at six things: 1) The Serpent 2) The Sayings Exchanged 3) Sight 4) Sound 5) Sentencing and 6) Salvation. Expounding on these points he saw in the text, Thabiti made clear how the Bible anticipates a day when it will be impossible not to be righteous.

Sometimes in the Christian community, even though we are people of faith, we sometimes aren't people of hope. It is true that God is redeeming people from every tongue, language, and tribe, but God is also redeeming people from every corner and every block. Kori's incredible story reminds us of these truths. C'mon up and meet Kori Porter, who serves as an Associate Campus Minister at University Reformed Church in East Lansing, MI. Kori begins by saying how surprising it is that she's in campus ministry, much less walking with the Lord at all. Born in the south, Kori discusses the faithfulness of her grandmother and the meek example she set. A daughter of the black church, and now an "adopted" daughter of Kristie, Kori shares about what the Lord has done in her life.

Trillia Newbell joins Kristie Anyabwile on the porch to discuss her edited volume, "Women on Life: A Call to Love the Unborn, Unloved & Neglected." Kristie contributed to this volume, which focuses on more than pro-life issues. Trillia seeks to minister to all types of women—young, elderly, and everyone in between.
