Why did God save you?

Most Christians can answer what they've been saved from. We've been saved from sin, judgment, and death through the finished work of Jesus Christ. But far fewer Christians have stopped to consider what they've been saved for! Is salvation simply about going to heaven one day, or does God have a greater purpose for His people right now?

In Ephesians 3, the Apostle Paul begins a prayer but suddenly gets sidetracked by the wonder of the gospel.
