Government is often thought of as a "necessary evil" that we put up with because they are seen as too restrictive to our freedoms or too corrupt to function as God intended, but today's text teaches us that every government - no matter how corrupt - is actually a grace from God because they 1) all restrain evil and 2) they recognize good works.
