In #sales it's hard not to feel like the ‘grass is greener on the other side’. We can easily become distracted by our colleagues and competitions' successes and compare ourselves unfavorably with them. 

But this type of thinking only serves to demotivate us rather than inspire us. It stops us from taking risks and trying new ways of doing things that could lead us down a path towards better results. 

Comparing yourself with others won’t make your own grass any greener.

Instead, focus on what you can do to improve your own business development skills rather than looking at what others are doing differently or better than you are.

Focus on dedicating yourself to becoming a better salesperson and improving your knowledge, skill set, discipline and persistence in order to reach your goals faster.
