Let’s approach this holiday season with a mindset of gratitude and thankfulness. Tell the ones you see being awesome that you see them and appreciate them —-Remember the holidays can be a difficult time for some friends, and like my friend Lisa said I hope you can find a sense of peace this holiday season.

This is a wrap for season 2 as I take some time to rest and be present for the holidays.  Look for a rewind episode around the new year -----I’ll let you in on a new format for the podcast planning for season three.
