In this episode of The Grave, I talk to my friend Nikki Fontaine. 

Nikki initially told me some of her stories while out one night when we both lived in New York years ago. But when I began thinking about people I wanted to have on this podcast years later, Nikki's stories were some of the first that came to my mind. We delve into some of her family's bizarre tales as well as work through her experiences with the paranormal that she had growing up in her childhood home, including a couple visits from her deceased relatives. 

She enlightens us on how she perceived and "downloaded" energy as a child while also discussing how she was able to shut it down later in life.
