In the second part of our series, Rev. Paul Lawler shares how is God a personal and great shepherd? We learned last week that David is saying so much, with so few words, when he confesses God’s Lordship through the word, “Jehovah.”

“Jehovah is my shepherd;” (ASV).

The question for us is: Why is it a significant theme in Scripture? If Jehovah is a Shepherd, what are the implications?
