The Behavioral Health Executive Council (the governing body over the TX mental health licensing boards) sent out a survey last month in anticipation of developing their next 5 year plan. I'm sure most states do something similar for budget planning and accountability purposes so join in and have a listen as Kathleen Mills LPC-S and Kip Rodgers LPC-S review their answers to the survey questions in typical, "hold nothing back" fashion.
