We are joined by Faisal Ahmed, an economics student at BU to discuss a range of different lived experiences. Faizaan and Faisal talk about their shared roots in Saudi Arabia, debate about western vs conservative culture, the importance of embracing ones identity, familial pressure and the importance of one's family. Faisal also talks about his love for children and how that inspired him to pursue his human development minor as well as Students Against Forced Displacement, a club that he founded and has big plans for, as well as discusses the importance of focusing on your passion and using it as a tool for change.
