Ingredients:
Salmon
Olives
Shallots
Red Onion
Lemon
Feta Cheese
Saute the shallots and the red onion. Toss together with the olives and spread on top of Salmon. Bake salmon until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 F. Plate with lemon wedge and sprinkle on feta cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
