There's a great idealism and Identity crash coming for millennials. The major battle to change the world will be met with a stark reality that we can't change everything and everyone. Millennials have been fed this idea that we can should be anything we want, which isn't going to work out. But even so, we can get started now in moving towards acceptance on a personal level to have a greater actual impact on our and other's lives.
