On this episode, we are joined by Sierra Myers and Kelsey Pfendler of Hericane Rowing! Hericane Rowing is a women’s team preparing for the Great Pacific Race in May 2024. It’s an ocean rowing race from San Francisco to Hawai’i. They are training with the goal of beating the current women’s world record. The mission of the team is to highlight the strength and grit of women and break down the assumed limitations of women’s capabilities.
