The Great Resignation is now the Great Return! New statistics say a handful of employees who switched jobs during the pandemic are not satisfied with their new companies. Some are trying to return to their old employers, because they realized the grass wasn't greener. While I don't think this big "return" will be likely, there is one scenario where I would be open to a "return" employee myself.
