This message was preached at New Testament Christian Fellowship in Conover, NC on Sunday, January 7, 2018. Here, the sixth vial judgment is introduced, and the biblical, historical, and prophetic significance of the "great river euphrates" is explained. The resounding lesson is the same lesson that King Nebuchadnezzar learned the hard way:  "the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will" (Daniel 4:25).
