This whole section of Scripture is Paul telling his story of Christ's intervention and explores the idea that God wants to intervene for all of us just like this. Whether we're religious or irreligious. Good or evil. It doesn't matter what kind of person, we all need the same kind of intervention and there is only ONE intervention that actually redeems and saves.
