Ralph and Pam are on vacation in St. Croix, as well as his high school students, when Ralph rescues a woman from the ocean. She tells Ralph their boat was attacked by a sea monster, so Ralph calls Bill to help investigate. Bill thinks it is a wild goose chase, but something is definitely up out there.
