Greetings, and may grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied to you. We will be in Matthew 22 today after a short message for the kids. What is the greatest commandment? Jesus answered the Pharisees that we are to love the Lord God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and the second (equally important) is to love our neighbor as ourselves. But what if we don’t love ourselves? Then how can we love our neighbor? Sure we are to be humble, but not to the point of self hatred. Depression is real, and the enemy uses it to cripple us from loving others. But God is love. If you’re struggling today, come to the Father who will show you how to love, and then share that love with others.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28 19-20
Don’t forget to pray for one another, especially during these uncertain times.
