who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a

being made in the likeness of men. Being found in appearance as a man, He

humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a

cross.”

on the earth, a blameless and upright man, fearing God and turning away from

full of compassion and is merciful.”

16. Job 1:20-22 “Then Job arose and tore his robe and shaved his head and fell to the

ground and worshipped. “Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I shall

return there. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away. Blessed be the name of

the Lord. Through all this Job did not sin nor did he blame God””

17. Job 2:3b ”And he still holds fast his integrity, although you incited Me against him to

God and die!” But he said to her, “You speak as one of the foolish women speaks.

Shall we indeed accept good from God and not accept adversity?” In all of this Job

did not sin with his lips.”

20.Job 4:7-9 “Remember now, whoever perished being innocent? Or where were the

upright destroyed? According to what I have seen, those who plow iniquity (sin) and

those who sow trouble harvest it. By the breath of God, they perish, and by the blast

of His anger they come to an end.”

21.Job 5:8 “But as for me, I would seek God, and I would place my cause before God.

22.Job 6:4 “For the arrows of the Almighty are within me. Their poison my spirit drinks;

The terrors of God are arrayed against me.”

23.Job 6:14 “For the despairing man there should be kindness from his friend; So that

he does not forsake the fear of the Almighty.”

24.Job 7:20-21 “Have I sinned? What have I done to You, O watcher of men? Why have

You set me as Your target, so that I am a burden to myself? Why then do You not

pardon my transgression and take away my iniquity? For now, I will lie down in the

dust; and You will seek me, but I will not be.”

works without number.”

28.Job 9:20-22 “Though I am righteous, my mouth will condemn me; though I am

guiltless, He will declare me guilty, I am guiltless; I do not take notice of myself; I

despise my life. It is all one; therefore, I say, He destroys the guiltless and the

wicked.”
