In this episode of RL Radio, we take time out to honor the memory of the late and the greatest athlete of all time Muhammad Ali!! Born Cassius Clay January 17, 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky. Raised in small house of humble means, Muhammad Ali would transition his life form a unknown to one the most polarizing figures of the 20th century. Muhammad Ali fought many fights as an American Olympic and Professional Boxer, and against social and racial injustice and inequality. In 1984 Muhammad Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Syndrome, he would go on to raise 100 million dollars for Parkinson’s related charities and on June 3rd, 2016 he died due to complications for the Syndrome. In this episode we pay our respect to the Icon and Legend Muhammad Ali.
