On February 7, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and others in the democratic party introduced the Green New Deal. Aimed to increase economic equality and climate change, the GND will require drastic changes. This week John and Sam argue the reality of the deal and whether it is economically sound. How will it affect real estate? How will it affect individuals? Who will pay for it? Generally speaking, the goal of the GND sounds great, but will it be effective?
