Bell discusses the legacy of Pro Football Hall of Fame nominee Bill Nunn, a super scout who helped build the Steelers into a 1970s dynasty, by scouting talent-rich Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Bell also shares his experiences as a young evaluator with the Colts, traveling and scouting in the Jim Crow South during the 1960s and tells us about a former Patriots quarterback who belongs in the Hall of Fame.
