This isnāt about āfixingā grief. Itās about building aĀ toolkitĀ that helps you carry itāwithout letting it crush you.
ā ļøĀ If youāre stuck in denial, rage, numbness, or just total exhaustionāthis is your sign to try something different.
š ļø Use what works. Leave what doesnāt. But donāt sit in the rubble forever. Pick something up. Try something.
