Da Binge Bois are back in the streets as we cover episode 3 of "The Last Of Us" HBO series and then move onto talking about Netflix's big hit anime "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners"! During the talk about the third episode of "The Last Of Us", Enrique talks about how if there is only 8 episodes of the season it was a waste to use this episode for Bill & Frank instead of developing Ellie & Joel more, Eli says he likes it because it was something more light in the depressing series, and Tristan dug the episode as he has no attachment to the series prior to this show coming out. Moving onto "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners" all of Da Bois have differing opinions. Eli talks about how the entirety of cyberpunk genre might not be for him after not enjoying this show, Bladerunner and Cowboy Bebop, Tristan says he loves the series and enjoyed the dynamic between David Martinez and Lucy, and Enrique enjoyed the show after the extremely cliché start but felt the post time skip content was a big blur.

The Last of Us is an American post-apocalyptic drama television series created by Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann for HBO. Based on the 2013 video game developed by Naughty Dog, the series is set twenty years after a mass fungal infection sparked a global pandemic and follows Joel (Pedro Pascal), a smuggler tasked with escorting the teenage Ellie (Bella Ramsey) across a post-apocalyptic United States. The supporting cast features Gabriel Luna as Joel's younger brother Tommy and Anna Torv as Joel's smuggler partner Tess. The Last of Us, said to be the largest television production in Canadian history, was filmed in Alberta from July 2021 to June 2022. It is the first HBO series based on a video game, and is a joint production by Sony Pictures Television, PlayStation Productions, Naughty Dog, the Mighty Mint, and Word Games. The first season consists of nine episodes written by Druckmann, who wrote and co-directed the original game, and Mazin. The score was composed by Gustavo Santaolalla, who composed for the game, and David Fleming
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners (Japanese: サイバーパンク エッジランナーズ, Hepburn: Saibāpanku Edjirannāzu) is a 2022 Polish–Japanese cyberpunk web anime series based on the video game Cyberpunk 2077 by CD Projekt Red.[2] The series was animated by Studio Trigger under the supervision of CD Projekt and premiered on Netflix in September 2022.[3] Set in the Cyberpunk universe created by Mike Pondsmith, the anime serves as a prequel to the game and takes place about a year before the events of Cyberpunk 2077. Upon its release, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners received highly positive reviews, with praise directed at its characters, animation and worldbuilding.[4] In October 2022, CD Projekt announced that the anime would not be receiving a second season and stated that, while they were open to collaborating with Trigger for future projects, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners had always been planned as a standalone work
