In this episode with Tiffany Stone, we talked about her multiple sclerosis diagnosis which came shortly after having traumatic experiences post birth with her first child. This is an amazing gut wrenching episode that I think is so important for everybody to hear for awareness, and to remember the importance of maybe not having an entire village, but having at least one person who can be there with you through the thick and thin especially during something like a diagnosis and health . We also talked about how she and her husband ran a huge business in the Bay Area during the craziness of 2020, their pivot to move up to the mountains, and how she tries to balance health with life while living with multiple sclerosis, continuing her aesthetician career, and raising her two babies!
