The series in 1 Timothy will emphasis inter-generational relationships and how the two can work together to create lasting leadership, or Pillars, in the Church.

This message sees the pillar as grounded in godliness. Godliness is not a flying high, too good for the world, up-in-heaven kind of spirituality. Rather, godliness is a walk on earth, part of humans and creation, down-to-earth kind of spirituality. Much like the incarnation of Jesus.
