The issue Simone K addresses today is a real and valid, and at the same time, we all have to get honest with ourselves when we engage in healing work, energy healing sessions etc. and check in if we're unintentionally keeping ourself stuck and in crisis management and what happens when we keep ignoring the truth.

Because collapse is closer than you think and much harder to deal with (speaking from experience!)

Maybe you've heard about the concept of "conscious communication". In its truest way it's a way of communicating that is supposed to improve our relationships, help us see each other better and become more compassionate and open while staying also true to ourselves.

And then somewhere, this topic also took a side quest in my humble opinion and created some more interesting ways of communicating at times.

You know that in on The Grounds, I like to push edges. I like to look at bigger perspectives of what's present within us and also within society. 

And I want to inspire us all to reflect on how we move through the world ourselves so we can in fact become more aware, centered and self led human beings that can positively impact ourselves and everyone around us.

In this 2 part episode called we're exploring the concept of "conscious communication" and how it at times can become performative or even subconscious manipulation.

Specific language is being used in various ways without actually saying much or to sound "evolved" or "conscious" or to get what we want through "therapy speech" etc.

I may have been guilty of it and maybe so have you. This isn't judgment, we're all trying to actually evolve and get better at communication, and through that we make a detour until we come back to ourselves and reflect on it.

So let's explore what conscious communication really means, at least from my perspective... and in Part 2 we'll dive into why we may make a detour and what we can reflect on to after all become clearer, more honest and steady in how we communicate.

In core shamanism there are teachings about the 4 addictions that have to be overcome by us to life a life of integrity and wholeness. One of them is the addiction to intensity, which in my opinion runs rampant on a very subconscious level in todays society.
