At every level in life and business, there's a new devil.

When I made my first million dollars, I was able to hire a team, but I had a bigger challenge and with bigger challenges come bigger responsibilities to get them solved. 

It didn't hurt that I had the resources to solve some of those challenges, but staffing and training my team to become leaders was one that was taking more of my time.  

It took away time away from the activities that made me my first million, so just know, you're always going to have growing pains.
