A management system ist not some kind of hardware, but actually a set of documents outlining how the organisation wants to manage an aspekt ob business.

This is why ISO Certifications are so important to suppliers and B2B clients. Nevertheless, a certification by a non accredited certification body will not help you land a profitable contract.
