It is our third episode already! We are joined by two of Amelia's high school friends (and also Laura's current friends;)): Chloe and Freya, who are more prepared than we are. It makes our most organised episode yet, maybe. Filled with amusing tangents, we still manage to discuss the major themes of the book AND movie (*ahem* film, sorry Freya). We cover historical context, the entire cast, and the BEAUTIFUL scenery, while also criticising what the film lacked (spoiler alert: it is surprisingly well done). As this was recorded pre-quarantine time, we both had a wonderful time editing and reminiscing in the times when we could still see our friends, but now you all will have plenty of time to give this a listen IN isolation! (Stay home kids!!)
