On our 45th overall episode and the 9th episode in our series “Guest Spotlights,” we are joined by Melisa Rodriguez, a 4th-year medical student from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). Melisa has been through all the highs and lows of medical school, from USMLE Step 1 to Step 2 CK to finally reaching residency applications. She has documented this all on our YouTube channel while she currently applies for a residency in internal medicine. With the hopes of a fellowship afterwards and working for a nonprofit, Melisa strives to embrace the humanistic side of medicine.
