When you have seven Top Ten hits in a row, you have to be doing something right and Gary Lewis did just that in an extraordinary chart run in the sixties. His success had nothing to do with his famous surname ... oh yeah, he is the son of legendary comedy performer Jerry Lewis. Gary gave the world This Diamond Ring, Everybody Loves a Clown, She's Just my Style and Green Grass among a string of pop classics. In a very candid conversation, Gary talks about the fractured relationship with his famous father and the highs and lows of pop stardom, from Number One records to having to get a real job and being drafted by Uncle Sam.
