The uncomfortable and true tale of the Halifax Watcher involves a peeping Tom, still unknown to this day, who would prey on innocent victims in the dead hours of the night. People were sleeping soundly in their beds unbeknownst to the fact that someone was watching them from a window, a doorway, or even standing at the foot of their bed...
