E. LaVerne Manos, DNP, RN-BC, is Program Director of Interprofessional programs in Health and serves as Director and graduate informatics. She holds expertise in human factors engineering in informatics and simulation and in implementation science

Prior to her academic role, Dr. Manos worked in the industry over many years in health informatics in the United States and globally.

Dr. Manos’ vision is to involve the patient/family/caregiver in the health record at more than a “patient-centric” level of care, but at a patient participatory level where the patient/family/caregiver is part of the interprofessional care team.
