Triggered ain't the word. I know this week has been tough, watching the so called men and the women who so desperately want to be chosen by them (but sadly they never will) mock and laugh at Cassie. Oftentimes, when people who have suffered abuse see this, it discourages them from speaking out. The abuser banks on your silence; when you remain silent, they are able to wreck havoc in the lives of everyone around them peacefully. I would encourage you to use your VOICE. The hard part is surviving what you went through; anything after that is light work.
