Motherhood is quite the journey and in the past few weeks there have been some huge waves we have ridden as a family. Particularly with my children it hasn’t been easy watching them experience the trauma that comes with divorce & post divorce.
I know from experience with hundreds of clients every single one of us carry trauma from our parents and our childhood regardless of the circumstance. It’s generational and it starts in the womb.
I recently made the decision to open up a level of trust and honesty with my beautiful and wise daughter the other day that was heart opening but all quite confronting. This week I delve. I truly hope this assists you in the way you need it. So much love to you all."
