Yes! It's True. Diet and exercise is only 10% of getting (and keeping) the body of your dreams. 90% is about your Mindset. When your mindset is FAT then your mindset makes it very hard to live healthy and fit. On the other hand, once you get a weight loss mindset it becomes easy to live a healthy lifestyle consistently!
