The Bell family moves into a farm in Tennessee, only to find that they are being haunted by a sinister spirit. They never see the spirit, but it is always keen to  talk. Vowing that it will kill John bell, and keep Betsy Bell away from the love of her life. It causes physical harm to the family, and laughs at death. To this day the Bell Witch is one of the most notorious hauntings. It has caused great fear to the people of Tennessee, and it is said that if you take even a rock from the Bell property, you will be cursed.
