No one is exempt from carrying some kind of emotional baggage and trauma. The odds that you were raised without some kind of trauma are nearly impossible. Trauma doesn’t look the same for everyone, and so it isn’t necessarily a result of being raised in a dysfunctional home.

Many people are brought up in quiet, loving families and still carry emotional baggage and trauma with them into their adult life. It’s so important that you release those stuck emotions you’ve been holding onto, and that maybe you’re not even aware of.
It’s such an honor to have Trish Law join me on today’s episode. She is such an incredible life coach and breathwork teacher. She’s a solopreneur and host of The Alchemy Podcast. Through transformational breathwork, Trish has helped me have some of the biggest emotional releases I have ever experienced. In this episode, Trish shares:
